Failure to comply may delay or impact service delivery.

4. Communication Policy

Timely communication is essential.
Clients are expected to respond within 24–48 hours for active projects. Delays in communication may extend timelines.

5. Confidentiality

All client information is treated as confidential.
Sensitive information is collected and stored through a secure, private portal when required.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, templates, and content provided remain the intellectual property of D.Rochelle Professional Services and may not be reproduced or distributed without written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Decisions made based on consultations

  • Third-party outcomes (courts, vendors, venues, etc.)

  • Delays caused by client or external parties

8. Service Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if:

  • There is misconduct or disrespect

  • Policies are violated

  • Payment terms are not met

PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY

1. Payment Terms

  • Payment is required in full or per agreed payment plan before services begin

  • Work completed up to cancellation remains billable

Probate / Administrative Services

  • Due to the nature of work, all fees are non-refundable once services begin

4. Late Payments

Late payments may result in:

  • Service delays

  • Additional fees

  • Termination of services

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

1. Digital Products & Services

Most services and products are delivered digitally, including:

  • Coaching sessions

  • Consultations

  • Documents and templates

  • Training materials

Delivery timelines:

  • Immediate (downloads) OR

  • Within 1–5 business days depending on service

2. Service Delivery

Service timelines vary by offering:

  • Consulting/Coaching: Scheduled per booking

  • Officiant Services: Delivered on event date

  • Event Planning: Delivered per project timeline

  • Probate/Administrative Services: Based on case complexity and client responsiveness

3. Physical Products (if applicable)

If physical items are offered in the future:

  • Processing time: 3–7 business days

  • Shipping time: varies by carrier

  • Tracking will be provided when available

4. Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Client inaction

  • Third-party vendors

  • Shipping carriers

  • Legal or court processing timelines

5. Delivery Confirmation

Digital deliveries are considered complete once:

  • Email is sent OR

  • Access is granted via platform/portal
